Delivery Information

Depending on stock availability, delivery may take around 10 business days. During promotional periods like Black Friday and the weeks before Christmas, some delays may occur due to high demand.

We currently ship to EU countries only. Delivery costs will be calculated once you provide your delivery adress.

Returns and Exchanges

Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. The conditions for approval are:
– The item must be returned in its original condition.
– Packaging, labels, stickers, and seals must be intact.
– The item must be unused and in merchantable condition.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of notification. For full terms, refer to our General Terms and Conditions, Section III, Article 16.
